A Sussex Breakfast is made from quality ingredients which have been locally sourced from Sussex producers or purchased from farm shops that are supplied by local farmers and craft producers. The Sussex Breakfast scheme has been running for six years and is available to all Sussex accommodation or hospitality businesses which serve breakfast! 

In order to become a Sussex Breakfast provider you must serve at least 60% of your breakfast from local and ethically reared produce. A nominal annual fee of £50 is also applicable.
